Barbara Tessman

Barbara Jo Tessman age 45 of Ashley, Michigan died Monday, February 6, 2006 at her home.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie Chapel on Friday, February 10, 2006 at 10:00 AM. Mr. Keith Wise will officiate with burial at Ford Cemetery Elsie, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 10, 2006 9-10 a.m. one hour prior to the service.

Barbara was born in Owosso, Michigan on October 7, 1960 the daughter of Harold D. and Judy A. ( McCarrick ) Passmore. She resided most of her life in Ashley, Michigan and attended Ovid-Elsie Schools. Barbara married Danny Tessman Sr. on October 20, 1978. She was currently working at Hehr International in Chesaning for the past 7 years. Barbara loved her grandkids. She liked to read, go camping with her family and gardening.

She is survived by her mother Judy Passmore of Ferndale, MI, 4 children; Danny Tessman Jr. of Mt. Pleasant, MI, Becky Tessman of Mt. Pleasant, MI, Brian Tessman of Durand, MI, Mark Tessman of Ashley, MI, 5 grandchildren; Haley, Devin, Austin, Cameron, and Laura, brother Robert & Sue Passmore of Roma, CO, sister Vicki Smith of Beaverton, MI, brother David & Renee Passmore of Colorado Springs, CO, brother James & Kim Passmore of Manton, MI, sister Lori & Craig Hodgison of Manton, MI, brother Mark & Dorissa Passmore of Rauford, NC, and many nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her father.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family in a fund that has been set up at Chemical Bank. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie Chapel.
