Andrew Porubsky

Andrew W. Porubsky, age 54, of Ovid, MI, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at Sparrow Health Systems, Lansing, MI.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie, MI on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 2:00 P.M., with Pastor Mona Kindel officiating. Burial will follow at Ford Cemetery, Gratiot County, MI. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until time of the service.

Andrew was born in Owosso, MI on March 26, 1966, the son of Robert Rudolph and Joanne (Griggs) Porubsky.  Andrew graduated from Ovid-Elsie High School with the class of 1984. He enjoyed working with the Cub Scouts in Ovid and he loved the Christmas season.

He is survived by his mother Joanne Porubsky, siblings: Eugene Porubsky, Matthew Porubsky, Deb and Mike Coleman, Heidi Wells,

nephew Robert, and nieces: Tabitha and Kristy. He was preceded in death by his father.
