Aylah Nichols

Aylah Renee Nichols age 24, of Elsie, MI, passed away Sunday, August 12, 2018.

A Memorial Service will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes - Osgood Chapel, St. Johns, MI, on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Ron Sischo officiating.

Aylah was born in Lansing, MI on May 18, 1994, the daughter of John Torok and Michelle Benda.  She graduated from Laingsburg Christian School in 2012. Aylah married Justin Nichols on July 28, 2012 in Elsie, MI.

Aylah enjoyed art and drama. She loved time spent with her family. She was a member of First Baptist Church, St. Johns, MI.

She is survived by her husband Justin Nichols, sons: Simon and Elijah Nichols, mother Michelle Benda, father John Torok, sister Linay Torok, brother Jacob Torok, mother and father in love Sherry and Peter Nichols, sister in love Rachel Nichols, brother in love Christopher Nichols, sister in love Emma Nichols, sister in love Sofia Nichols, and grandparents: Julie and Jim Torok, and Ted and Donna Herig.  She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.  She was preceded in death by grandparents: Ellen Miller and Donald Benda, and Phyllis and Clyde Isham.
