Beryl Daisy Brzak, age 97, of Ashley, Michigan died Friday, November 20, 2015 at Ashley Care Center, Ashley, MI.

Funeral Services will be held at East Washington United Brethren Church, Ashley, Michigan on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. with Pastor Jeff Reeser officiating.  Burial will take place at Ford Cemetery, Gratiot County, MI. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 23, 2015 from 2-8 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Ithaca, MI.

Beryl was born in Muskegon Heights, Michigan on May 7, 1918, the daughter of Albert and Ada (Houck) Hilborn.  On November 13, 1947 she married Anthony Brzak in Ashley, Michigan; Tony died on November 8, 2001.  Beryl enjoyed playing cards, especially rummy, and she enjoyed her friends Rosie and Connie.  She resided most of her life in Chesaning and Ashley, Michigan. She was a member of East Washington United Brethren Church, Ashley, Michigan.

She is survived by 3 daughters; Sue and Dave Foote of Ashley, MI, Donna and Rod Losee of Ithaca, MI, Toni Lowell of Ashley, MI, 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son James, 2 sisters and 7 brothers.
