Betty Miller

Age 72 of Ithaca, Michigan passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2003 at Gratiot Community Hospital in Alma. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening.
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 12, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Ithaca Chapel. Pastor Doug Strait will officiate with burial at Ithaca Cemetery, Ithaca, Michigan. Visitation will be Wednesday and Thursday from 2-8 P.M. with the family present from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M.
Betty was born on September 21, 1930 in Emerson Township, Gratiot County, Michigan, the daughter of Elmer and Rhoda May (Daniels) Brown. On November 11, 1952 she married Hazen Miller in Ithaca, Michigan. He died on March 24, 1989. Betty resided most of her life in Ithaca, Michigan.
She is survived by one son, Doug Miller of Atlanta, Georgia, two brothers, Bob & Margaret Brown of Ithaca, Michigan and Max & Martha Brown of Alma, Michigan, also many nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, two sisters, and two brothers.
Memorials may be made to the Charity of donora�(TM)s choice. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Ithaca Chapel.
