Bobbie J. Elders, age 84, of Alma, MI passed away Tuesday, April 7th, 2015. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Louis First Baptist Church on Saturday, April 11th at 1:00 P.M. Pastor Phil Maxwell will officiate.

Bobbie was born in Louisa, Kentucky on August 10, 1930, the daughter of Eldon and Elizabeth Jane (Murphy) Fields. She was an adventurous young girl who loved the outdoors. She loved to garden, sew, and loved her family. She was married at Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan in 1954 to her first husband Floyd Cryderman, who preceded her in death in 1956. Sheri Lynn Cryderman was born to them in 1956. In 1958, she married William Elders in Wayne County, Michigan, and together they had four wonderful children. They would together pastor a local church and dedicate their lives pouring into the hearts of their community. They would forever leave a lasting imprint into many hearts. She was passionate about giving her genuine sweetness and gentleness. She loved to share her talents in sewing and baking with her grandchildren. She left them with wonderful loving memories. Her legacy continues through every life she showed love towards, especially her family who learned to be forgiving, loving, and gentle to all those around.

She is survived by her four children Leah and Jan Price of Wheeler, MI; Bill and Elissa Elders of Spring Hill, FL; Amy and Alex Velazco of St. Louis, MI; Jeff and Kelly Elders of Glendora, CA; 6 grandchildren James and Jessica Elders, Kimberly Every, Isaiah Fuentes and Brittney Kolhoff, Jordan and Natasha Elders, Franchesca Fuentes, Jaslyn Elders; 7 great grandchildren.; and several nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, daughter Sheri Lynn, 2 sisters, 2 brothers, and her dog Chico.
