Bonnie Jean Gillis age 67 of Breckenridge, Michigan died Saturday, February 12, 2005 at the Mid Michigan Medical Center, Midland, Michigan.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at United Methodist Church, Breckenridge, Michigan. Rev. Emilie Forward will officiate with burial at Ridgelawn Cemetery, Breckenridge, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 14, 2005 2-8 P.M. with family present 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel.
Bonnie was born in Alma, Michigan on September 11, 1937 to Robert & Harriet ( Brennan ) Fisher. She graduated from Breckenridge High School with the class of 1955 and resided most of her life in Breckenridge, Michigan. Bonnie was a homemaker. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, antiquing, and reading. She also enjoyed spending time with family & friends. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Breckenridge, Michigan as well as a member of Eastern Star, and Breckenridge Historical Society.
Survivors include her daughter Jill & Mark Werbelow of Cleveland, OH, son Jimmie & Ruth Ann Gillis of Breckenridge, MI, daughter JoAnna & Brett Spangler of Sanford, MI, 8 grandchildren; Linzie & Maggie Werbelow, Hannah, Abe, & Olivia Gillis, Stephanie (Ross), Zac & Gracie Jo Spangler, sister Peggy & Gene Neitzke of Breckenridge, MI, sister Kathleen & Chuck Dicken of St. Johns, MI and she was also survived by several nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, & brother Larry Lee Fisher
