Bonnie Saunders

Bonnie Kay Saunders, age 70, of St. Louis, MI died Monday, September 14, 2009 at Carson City Hospital.

A Memorial Service will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes St. Louis Chapel on Friday, September 18, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. Mr. Keith Wise will officiate. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the funeral service.

Bonnie was born in Alma, Michigan on June 16, 1939, the daughter of George Thompson and Freda (Terwilliger) Thompson. She resided most of her life in St. Louis. Bonnie married Donald Saunders on November 23, 1957. He passed away on January 15, 1998. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed baking and cooking.

She is survived by her 4 children; Pamela and Dorian Davis of Dewitt, MI, Rodney Saunders of St. Louis, MI, Jeffrey and Kristie Saunders of St. Louis, MI, Kim and Sarah Saunders of St. Louis, MI, 1 grandson Jacob Saunders of St. Louis, MI, mother in law Elrosa Heinrich, sister Isabel Ringle of St. Louis, MI, and brother Jack and Wanda Thompson of Alma, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a brother Floyd Thompson.
