Brian Courter

Brian Joseph Courter age 51, of Elsie, MI, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Sparrow Health Systems Lansing, MI.

According to Brian's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services.

Brian was born in Oak Park, IL on August 10, 1966 the son of Joseph and Diana (Kristin) Courter.  He graduated from Ovid-Elsie High School with the class of 1984.  He also received a culinary degree from Baker College in Muskegon and loved to bake and cook.  Brian lived most of his life in the Elsie area.

Brian is survived by his mother Diana of Elsie; sister Christin (Gregory) Fowler of Saint Helena, CA; and brother Kevin Courter of Auburn Hills. He is also survived by nieces and nephews: Kelli Fowler, Erik Courter, Joshua Courter, and Sara Courter; Aunts and Uncles: Pat and Bill Jorae, Matthew (Sandy) Courter, Annette Smith, and Dennis (Janice) Kristin.  Brian was preceded in death by his father Joseph Courter, grandparents: John and Ann Kristin, and Max and Dorothy Courter, and Aunt Maxine Pokorny.
