Bruce Baley

Bruce Ronald Baley, age 66, of Lansing, Michigan died Monday, November 28, 2011 at Eaton Community Hospice House, Charlotte, Michigan.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Elsie Chapel Elsie, MI on Friday, December 2, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Coye L. Bouyer officiating. Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery Elsie, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2011 from 3-7 P.M. at the funeral home.

Bruce was born in St. Johns, Michigan on October 30, 1945, the son of Otis and Gertrude (Holton) Baley. On August 9, 1968 he married Dorothy Burtovoy in Lansing, Michigan. Bruce served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Conflict. He was a mechanic and retired from P.B.G. Bottling Company, Howell, Michigan. Bruce enjoyed bowling, hunting and auto racing and NASCAR.

He is survived by his wife Dorothy of Lansing, MI, 3 sons; Scott of Lansing, MI, Craig of Lansing, MI, and Jason of Lansing, MI, 5 brothers and 5 sisters and many nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his parents.
