Carol A. Moiles age 84 of Corunna, Michigan died Monday, August 15, 2005 at Memorial Healthcare Center Owosso, MI
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 19, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel. Pastor John Ingram will officiate with burial at Pine Tree Cemetery Corunna, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2005 from 3 - 8 P.M.
Carol was born in Owosso, Michigan on August 26, 1920 the son of Harry C. and Jennie ( Gurden ) Moiles. He attended Corunna Area Schools. He resided in Pontiac for 30 years and in Corunna for 30 years. Carol married Alvena L. Hauri on February 10, 1945 in Corunna, Michigan. He worked for GM in Pontiac until his retirement in October 1978. He was also a member of the Potiac Police Reserves. He worked with his brother buying furs for 19 years. He attended Corunna Baptist Church.
Carol is survived by his wife Alvena L. Moiles of Corunna, MI, daughter Ruth Ann & David Hazely of Auburn Hills, MI, son Robert & Amy Moiles of Corunna, MI, 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, 5 brothers, many nieces & nephews and 1 aunt. He is predeceased by his parents, 1 sister and 1 brother.
The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel.
