Charlotte Gibbs

Charlotte Jane Gibbs, age 68, of Vestaburg, MI passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at her home.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis, MI on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 1:00 P.M., with Pastor Derreck Jewell officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday for 2 hours prior to the funeral service from 11-1.

Charlotte was born in Fairfax, Virginia on October 29, 1944, the daughter of Kenneth and Amanda Worley. She married Jerry Gibbs on May 29, 1971 in St. Louis, MI. She loved to play bingo and cook. Charlotte also enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycle, and traveling to Texas for the winter months. She was a member of the Edmore VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by her husband Jerry Gibbs of Vestaburg, MI, son Kenneth Hilbrich of Alma, MI, and family friend Kevin Nemetz of Vestaburg, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents.
