Charlotte Ann House

     Charlotte Ann House, age 84, of Edmore, MI, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at MyMichigan Medical Center - Alma, MI.
     A Celebration of life will be held at Gentle Shepherd Church, Six Lakes, MI 48886, at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 26, 2025, with Pastor Bob Jones officiating.
     Charlotte was born in Lakeview, MI on February 8, 1941, the daughter of Arthur Allen and Tressa P. (Ackley) Delamater. She was an LPN for 30 years. Throughout her career she worked various places, including Saudia Arabia. Her career allowed her to travel to Italy, Spain, and Africa and several other countries. Charlotte enjoyed sewing, reading, bingo, bible study, and playing cards. She loved spending time with her family, especially her great-grandchildren and friends at the Pine Meadow Apartments. Her favorite activity with her great-grandchildren was painting. Charlotte was a faithful and active member of the Gentle Shepherd Church in Six Lakes, where she helped plan and participated in events for the church and the community.
     She is survived by her daughter Dena (Rodney) Clark of Blanchard, MI; grandchildren: Tressa (Eric) Stratton of Six Lakes, MI; Russell Teegardin II of Traverse City, MI; Heather (Glen) Tuttle of Eaton, OH; Kenneth House II of Vestaburg, MI; and Charles (Amber) House of Vestaburg, MI; daughter-in-law Dion House of Vestaburg, MI. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren: Leah and Cory Stratton, Brianna and Abby Tuttle, 4 step-great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Kenneth House, brothers: Allen (Carol) Delamater and Larry (Joan) Delamater.
