Christopher Christensen

Christopher John Christensen, age 28, of St. Louis, Mich died Friday, Jan. 13th, 2012 at Covenant Cooper Hospital, Saginaw.

A Memorial Service will be held at St. Louis First Church of God, St. Louis, Michigan on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 2:00 P.M., with Pastor Nathan Workman officiating. Visitation will be held for one hour from 1-2 P.M. prior to the service.

Chris was born in Grand Rapids, MI on July 5, 1983, the son of Albert Gary and Patricia Ann (Woodcock) Christensen. He graduated from St. Louis High School with the class of 2001. Christopher worked as a regional manager for AIS for several years. He loved the outdoors and working on cars. Chris's lifelong dream was to be a farmer, and he played in several bands as drummer and played guitar.

He is survived by his father Albert Christensen and Barbara Bradley of Vestaburg; mother Pat Christensen of St. Louis; two sisters Peggy Christensen of Shepherd; Pamela Dodge of Jenison, Mich; and several special cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Albert & Adley Christensen, and John & Mildred Woodcock; cousin Tammie Woodcock, Uncle Fred Gross, Uncle John Woodcock, and uncle Robert Woodcock.
