Christopher Nethaway

Christopher Michael Nethaway, age 32 of Elsie, MI, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at his home.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Chris was born in Owosso, MI on January 26, 1985 the son of Michael Bensinger and Rebecca Nethaway.  He was a graduate of Ovid Elsie High School and resided most of his life in the Ovid Elsie area.  Chris enjoyed fishing, hunting and riding dirt bikes.  Chris worked on many local farms.

Chris was loved by his family, his mother Becky Nethaway who passed away on July 12, 2017, his father Mike Bensinger of Durand, MI, sisters; Jessica and Earl Tessman of Ovid, MI, Kati Nethaway of Ovid, MI, brother Derek Bensinger of Swartz Creek, MI, step-mom Sandy Bensinger of Swartz Creek, MI, grandparents Ron and Sue Nethaway of Elsie, MI, 7 nieces and nephews, aunt Ronda and Chris Robinson of Ovid, MI, 3 uncles David and Debbie Bensinger of Boise, ID, John and Yvonne Bensinger of West Virginia, and Jim Bensinger of Lyons, NB.  Chris is also survived by many friends.  Chris was preceded in death by his grandparents; Carl and Rose Peck and Bob B ensinger, his uncle Jeffrey Nethaway and aunt Rachel Nethaway.
