Cindy Lynn Jewell age 49 of Vestaburg, Michigan died Saturday, September 11, 2004 at Schnepp Healthcare Center, St. Louis, MI.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel. Visitation will be held on Monday September 13, 2004 from 2-8 P.M. with family present 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Pastor Jim Keller & Pastor Randy Steinhower will officiate with burial at Chapel Gardens Cemetery, Elwell, Michigan.
Cindy was born in Maumee, Ohio on December 21, 1954 the daughter of Sidney & Doris ( Brinker ) Marks. She graduated from Bad Axe High School with the class of 1973. Cindy married Randal Jewell on January 27, 1973 in Bad Axe, Michigan. She was a homemaker, who loved to cook and had a special talent for decorating. She also enjoyed entertaining guest. In the past she was a member of Vestaburg First Baptist Church. She resided most of her life in Marlette, Michigan until 1992 when she moved to Vestaburg, Michigan.
She is survived by her husband Randal Jewell of Vestaburg, MI, 3 children Derreck & Theresa Jewell of St. Louis, MI, Dori Jewell of Grand Rapids, MI, Devin & Lisa Jewell of Auburn, California, 1 granddaughter Jenna Jewell, Parents in law Dean & Carol Jewell of Auburn, IN, 3 sister in laws Michelle Beyler & family of Osceola, IN, Sylvia Veal & family of Grand Rapids, MI, Hope Sardina & family of South Haven, MI. She is predeceased by her parents, 1 sister & 1 brother
