Clifford D. Kingsley age 73 of Owosso, MI died Saturday, August 9, 2008 at his home.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Jennings-Lyons Chapel Owosso, MI on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at 11:00 A.M., Rev. Kenneth Herbruck will officiate with burial at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Owosso, MI. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2008 from 2-8 P.M. with family present from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes Jennings-Lyons Chapel Owosso, MI.

Clifford was born in Fowlerville, Michigan on July 7, 1935, the son of Wilton T. and Leona May (Lobdell) Kingsley. Clifford married Fay Layman in Blacksburg, Virginia on November 24, 1971. She died on August 3, 2006. Clifford worked for 38 years at Midwest Abrasive. He also worked as a utility person at Meijer's in the Corunna store for many years. He collected lighthouses, sailboats, and die cast automobiles. Clifford loved to go to Virginia vacationing with his wife.

Clifford is survived by three brothers, Fay and Joyce Kingsley of Perry, MI, Gale and Nancy Kingsley of Perry, MI, Charles and Ruth Kingsley of Plant City, FL, as well as 6 nephews and 4 nieces. He was predeceased by his parents, wife and 1 nephew.
