Corey Allen Bearden, age 33, of Beaverton, MI died Tuesday, July 27, 2010 in Gladwin County as a result of an auto accident.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Elsie Chapel Elsie, MI on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at 1:00 P.M., Pastor Jerry Drummond will officiate. Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00 am until time of services as Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie Chapel. Burial will take place at Hamilton Township Cemetery, Hamilton Township, MI.

Corey was born in St. Johns, Michigan on November 29, 1976, the son of Steven Sigafoose and Alma M. (Bearden) Martin. He graduated from Adrian High School and resided most of his life in the Ashley, Elsie and Middleton areas. He was a dry-waller and a finish carpenter in Gladwin, Michigan.

He is survived by his mother Alma Martin & John Moravik of Ashley, MI, father Steven Sigafoose of Bannister, Michigan, 2 children; Ezra & Zander at home, 2 brothers; Joel Bearden of Beaverton, Michigan, John Moravik II of Ashley, Michigan, 2 grandmothers; Ada Bearden of Ashley, Michigan, and Arlene Sigafoose of Bannister, Michigan. Many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. He was predeceased by his companion and mother of his children, Randi Lynn Wang, who died in the same auto accident, and his grandfathers, Harlan James Bearden, Everett Sigafoose, and his favorite cousin Christopher Sigafoose.
