Crystal LeAnne Skutt, age 23, of Owosso, MI passed away Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Sparrow Hospital, Lansing, Michigan.
Funeral Services will be held at Bethany Bible Baptist Church, Morrice, Michigan on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. Dr. Thomas Goupil will officiate. Burial will take place at Roselawn Cemetery, Perry Township, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Tuesday May 8, 2012 from 2-8 PM with family present 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Smith Family Funeral Homes Jennings-Lyons Chapel, Owosso, Michigan.
Crystal was born in Adrian, Michigan on September 11, 1988, the daughter of George Jay and Rebecca Lynne (Jones) Skutt. Crystal resided most of her life in Shiawassee County.
Crystal attended the Shiawassee Developmental Center. She loved camping, all kinds of food and enjoyed birthday parties. Her favorite things were her sippy cups and blanket but most importantly being with her family. Crystal loved everyone and was always smiling and will be remembered for making others smile and laugh with her.
Crystal leaves to cherish her memory her parents George and Rebecca Skutt of Owosso, MI; 2 brothers Andrew and Krysti Skutt of Adrian, MI, James Skutt of Owosso, MI; sister Katherine Skutt of Owosso, MI; nephew Cohan Skutt of Adrian, MI; grandmother Sharon Best of Owosso, MI; grandparents Roger and Shirley Skutt of Corunna, MI. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Crystsal was preceded in death by her grandma Doris Skutt and brother in infancy.
