Dale Allen

Dale Russell Allen, 84, of Alma, MI, passed away peacefully with his family at his side Thursday, December 26, 2019, at Woodland Hospice House, Mt. Pleasant, MI.
In following Dale's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
Dale was born in Wheeler, MI on October 8, 1935, the son of Orla and Lawana Allen.  He served his country in the National Guard.  On April 25, 1981, Dale married Barbara A. Smith at Beebe United Methodist Church. They celebrated 38 years of marriage prior to his passing.
Dale farmed all of his life in the Alma area. The last few years he enjoyed working at J. J. Ruby's. He loved to hunt, but most of all he loved his grandkids and spending time with his family.
Dale is survived by his wife Barbara Allen of Alma, 6 children: Jeff (Chris) Allen of Wheeler, Dee Allen of WI, Lee Jensen of CA, Rex Allen of St. Louis, DeNeice Pasciolla of Brighton, and Mike (Katie) Allen of Alma; 7 grandchildren: Trina, Tracie, Elizabeth, Matthew, Isabelle, Kacie, and Maggie; 5 great grandchildren, and one sister Clara (Richard) Tester.  Dale was preceded in death by parents, son Dale Jr., and 2 grandsons: Colton and Hunter Allen.
