Dale Ann Kennedy

     Dale Ann Kennedy, age 77, of Ithaca, MI, passed away Sunday, February 9, 2025, at MyMichigan Medical Center - Midland, Michigan.
     Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Ithaca, MI, Ithaca, MI, at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 15, 2025, with Pastor Dar Blashan officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 1:00 P.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Gaston Memorial Park Gastonia, NC at a later date.
     Dale was born in Gastonia, North Carolina on November 29, 1947, the daughter of Roy James and Lorene (Penley) Rogers. She graduated from Ashley High School with the class of 1967. In her younger years she enjoyed shag dancing. Spending time with her 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren brought her so much joy. Dale was a faithful member of Victory Church in Mt. Pleasant for 4 years and also a member of the Red Hat Society.
     She is survived by her children: Jeffrey Canady (William Roberts), Dana (Richard) Moubray, and Ashley Canady, 11 grandchildren, 20 great- grandchildren, sisters: Rhonda Brantley and Suann (Tom Costello). She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Willie Kennedy and infant son William Scott Canady.
