Deana Lea "De" (Tate) Aldrich

      Deana Lea "De" Aldrich, age 68, of St. Johns, MI, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2024, peacefully at her home. 

      Deana was born in Alma, MI on July 10, 1955, the daughter of DeForest G. and Elaine (Boyer) Tate.  She was a graduate of St. Louis High School with the Class of 1973. 

      A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. 

      Deana was an avid reader, loved to play games, and care for her gardens.  Spending time with her family, grandchildren, and friends brought her great joy.  She was a wonderful cook and loved having family together for holiday gatherings.  Deana had a talent for picking out the best gifts that really showed how much each person meant to her.  She will be fondly remembered for her kind and loving heart. 

      She is survived by her longtime companion Dale Rhynard; daughter Angie and Josh Goodknecht; daughter Rhiesha and Troy Easton; daughter Katy Jennings; step-daughter Jennifer Mayann Resseguie; grandchildren:  Joey, Allie, Carter, and Porter; Alianna, Korryn, and Aiden; Haelee, Summer, and Lily; and great-grandchildren:  Everette and Jaxson.  Deana was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Jon Tate.
