Delsie Marie Cole age 101 of Owosso, Michigan died Thursday, August 19, 2004 at Shiawassee County Medical Care Facility, Corunna, Michigan.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, August 23, 2004 at 1:00 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel. Pastor Brent Carlson will officiate with burial at Easton Cemetery, New Haven Township, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 23, 2004 from 10:00 A.M. until service at 1:00 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel.
Delsie was born in Champagne County, Illinois on October 26, 1902 the daughter of Everett Elsworth & Pearl Virginia ( Blackwell ) Seals. She married Hubert Earl Cole on June 4, 1920 in Urbana, Illinois. He died on August 6, 1959. She worked at Redmonda�(TM)s Motor Factory for 10 years. She enjoyed sewing and crocheting. Delsie was a former member of Church of Christ in Niles, Michigan
She is survived by 1 son Donald & Doris Cole of Owosso, MI, 12 Grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and many great great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her parents, husband, daughter Betty Bonner, 4 sisters & 3 brothers.
Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to Shiawassee County Medical Care Facility, Corunna, Michigan. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel.
