Donald Eugene Dunn age 82 of Breckenridge, Michigan died Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at Blake Medical Center, Bradenton, Florida.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel St. Louis, MI on Saturday, October 20, 2007 at 11:00 AM. Rev. Jesse Perry will officiate with burial at Ridgelawn Cemetery Breckenridge, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 19, 2007 from 1-4 & 6-9 P.M.

Donald was born in Emerson Township, Michigan on February 22, 1925 the son of George Clinton and Mable Minerva ( Bellows ) Dunn. He was a life long resident of Breckenridge, Michigan and graduated from Breckenridge High School. Donald married Evelyn "Purle" Good on March 10, 1948 in Sheridan, Michigan. She passed away on May 18, 2002. He was a life long farmer. Donald was an avid fan of every kind of sports, especially U of M. He loved fishing, hunting and golfing. Don was a fun loving guy who enjoyed times with his family and friends. Donald was a member of Emerson Presbyterian Church, where he served as an Elder and a Deacon. Breckenridge American Legion, several Shuffle Board Clubs, Breckenridge Masonic Lodge, and he was active in El Rancho Park activities in Brandenton, Florida.

He is survived by 2 daughters; Cindy & Gary Johnson of Breckenridge, MI, Carolyn & George Bradley of Farwell, MI, 3 grandchildren; Mason & Vicky Johnson of Breckenridge, MI, Lindsey Bradley of Austin, TX, Kay Bradley Morris of Hope, MI, special friend Barbara Highfill of Bradenton, FL, 1 great grandchild Madison Johnson, 4 step great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, wife, and 3 grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Emerson Presbyterian Chruch. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel.
