Donald Ray Smith age 50 of Alma, Michigan died Friday, January 27, 2006.
Memorial Services will be held at Living Hope Fellowship Church, St. Louis, MI on Monday, February 6, 2006 at 11:30 A.M. Pastor David Jewell will officiate. There will be no visitation.
Donald was born on January 31, 1955 in Alma, Michigan the son of Raymond Kenneth & Marylin Ruth ( Taylor ) Smith. He resided most of his life in Gratiot County Michigan and attended Ithaca High School. His last place of employment was with Highland Plastics as a machine operator. He enjoyed his Harley and riding as well as hunting and trapping. He enjoyed spending time with his sons including playing baseball with them. Donald attended Living Hope Fellowship Church in St. Louis, MI. He served in the U.S. Army, and was a member of the ABATE American Bikers Aiming Toward Education, and a member of AA.
He is survived by 2 sisters, Kathy of Alma, Susie of Florida, brother Danny Smith of Crystal, second wife and best friend Belinda Smith of California, 3 sons, Aaron Burnell of Alma, MI, Nathan Burnell of Arizona, Cody Smith of Alma, MI, 1 granddaughter Emily Burnell and many more relatives and close friends to his heart. He has joined his loving parents Raymond and Marylin Smith and Aunt Dolly Hustin.
Memorials may be made to the family. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel.
