Donna Lee Smith

    Donna Lee Smith, age 63, of Alma, MI, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022, at her home.
     Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes  Ithaca, MI, at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 5, 2022,. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home. 
   Donna was born in Alma, Michigan on February 14, 1959, the daughter of Robert and Shirley  (Shelley) Smith. She graduated from Alma High School.  Donna worked many places over the years including: United Tech as a security guard, Wendy's in Alma, and most recently had been employed with Plastic Paint Inc. in St. Louis. She spent the majority of her life in Alma.
    She loved cars, camping, putting puzzles together, crossword puzzles and collecting unicorn memorabilia. She enjoyed watching movies and TV shows; especially Full House. Donna was a kind person and would help anyone in need.  
   She is survived by her son Nicholas Smith of Alma, MI; grandchildren: Lillyanna, Robert, and Alyssia, siblings: Debra Cody of Alma, MI, Robin Smith of Crystal, MI, Robert Smith of Alma, MI, Philip Smith of Clare, MI. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, lifelong companion Mark Alspaugh, and brother-in- law Orville Cody.
