Doris May Snyder age 85 of Owosso, Michigan died December 29, 2007 at Ovid Healthcare Center.
Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie Chapel on Monday, December 31, 2007 at 11:00 AM.
Dr. Jack Clarkson will officiate with burial at Fairfield Township Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday 2-8 P.M. with family present 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.
Doris was born in Elsie, Michigan on June 26, 1922 the daughter of George & Martha (Haak) Dennis and she resided most of her life in Elsie, then moving to Owosso, Michigan. Doris married Robert Snyder on January 15, 1944, in Riverside California, Robert predeceased her April 26, 1995. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed crocheting, gardening and playing cards.
She is survived by 1 daughter: Sharon & Tom Tyler of Ovid, Michigan, 1 son: Gary & Ann Snyder of Battle Creek, Michigan,
4 grandchildren, 1 step grand child, 2 great granddaughters, 1 step great grandson, 1 brother, William & Pat Dennis of Owosso, Michigan. She is predeceased by her parents, husband, & 1 great grandson, Jordan Tyler.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donors choice. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie chapel.
