Dorothy Jean (Schoch) Olajos age 81 of Corunna, Michigan died Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at Shiawassee County Medical Care Facility, Corunna, Michigan.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Jennings-Lyons Chapel Owosso, MI on Saturday, March 29, 2008 at 1:00 PM. Pastor Timothy Whalen will officiate. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28, 2008, from 2 to 8 p.m. with the family present 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, March 29, 2008, from noon until the time of service at 1:00 p.m.

Dorothy was born in Oakley, Michigan on February 16, 1927 the daughter of Walter and Cora ( Cords ) Brown. She resided most of her life in Shiawassee County and attended Chesaning Schools. Dorothy was a cook and a caregiver. She loved to cook, and her greatest love was her grandchildren.

She is survived by son Duane & Kathy Schoch of Owosso, MI, daughter Diane Dunn of Owosso, MI, son Walter & Emmalinda Schoch of Philippines, daughter Vanessa & Fred Cripps of Mesick, MI, son David Schoch & Lonnie Hathon of Texas, daughter Elizabeth Schoch of Owosso, MI, son Joseph Olajos of Owosso, MI, several grandchildren & great grandchildren, and special friends Dr. Russ Ritchie & family. She is predeceased by parents, sister Laura, brother Fredrick Brown, and great-granddaughter Kayla.

Memorials may be made to the wishes of the family. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Jennings-Lyons Chapel, Owosso, Michigan.
