Dorothy Rigoulot

Dorothy Louise Rigoulot, age 88, of Brighton, CO, formerly of Owosso, MI, passed into her Lord's presence on Saturday, March 17, 2012 in Brighton, CO.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Jennings-Lyons Chapel, Owosso, MI. Burial is at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Owosso, MI. Visitation will be held 5:00-8:00 PM Tuesday, March 20, 2012 and 9:00-11:00 AM prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.

Dorothy was born in Caledonia Township, Michigan, on April 26, 1923 the daughter of Urbain Frederick and Alma Louise (Carlin) LeCureux. She married Harold Rigoulot on February 9, 1946 who preceded her in death on December 3, 2004 after 58 years of marriage. Dorothy gathered with fellow believers at Corunna Bible Chapel and lived in Owosso most of her life.

She is survived by one son Richard (Marcia) Rigoulot of Owosso, MI, two daughters; Shirley (Dean) Rogers and Jane (Bob) Vienot, both of Brighton, CO, 8 grandchildren; Jennifer Rogers, Lindsay (Tony) Kendall, Janalee (Paul) Van Ryn, Aaron Vienot, Aimee (David) Baxter, Alynn Vienot, Christi Rigoulot, Brad Rigoulot, 6 great-grandchildren; Gabrielle and Ashton Van Ryn, Silas, Amelie, Josiah, and Ian Baxter, one brother Lawrence LeCureux of Port Richey, FL, and one sister Florence (Keith) Shoemaker of Kingsley, MI. In addition to her parents and her husband, Dorothy was preceded in death by a granddaughter Rochelle Rogers.
