Mr. Douglas Ralph Crossley, age 27, of Ithaca, MI Died Friday, September 19th, 2008 at his residence. Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Ithaca Chapel on Wednesday, September 24th at 12:00 PM. Burial will take place at North Star Cemetery, North Star, MI. Visitation will be held on Monday 5-8 PM, and on Tuesday, September 23, 2008 from 2-4 & 6-8. at the funeral home.
Douglas was born in Lansing, Michigan on August 26, 1981, the son of Ralph and Lois (Kinaitis) Crossley. He graduated from Ithaca High School with the Class of 2001. He was a lifelong resident of Ithaca, and worked as a welder at BNM Trailer Sales in Elsie for 3 Years. He loved fishing, hunting, video games, and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his parents, a son Jayce Owen Crossley of Ithaca, a daughter LilliAnn Nelson of Ithaca, Life Partner Sarah Barron of Ithaca, Grandparents Lillian Straub of Elsie, and Elsie & Papa Louie Maurer of
He was preceded in death by his two grandfathers Louis Kinaitis, and Phillip Straub
