Duane Wischmeyer

Duane Lee Wischmeyer age 49 of St. Louis, Michigan died on Friday, March 21, 2008 at his home. Funeral services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis chapel on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. Pastor Terri Bentley will officiate and burial will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery, St. Louis. Visitation will be on Monday, March 24, from 5 -8 P.M. at the funeral home.
Duane was born on May 25, 1958 in Alma, Michigan the son of Raymond and Myrna ( Stellow) Wischmeyer. He graduated from Alma High School with the class of 1976 and resided most of his life in St. Louis. Duane was a self employed construction worker and meat cutter. He loved camping, collecting coins and baseball cards.
Survivors include his 2 children, Chase Wischmeyer of St. Louis, Jillian Wischmeyer of St. Louis, mother, Myrna Wischmeyer of St. Louis, parents in law, Beverly & Jim Schwartzmiller of St. Louis, sister, Sheila & Tom Appelgreen of Clare, brother, Frank & Linda Wischmeyer of Las Vegas, NV, 2 sister in laws, Mary & Craig Anderson of St. Louis, Barb & John Wiles of Cedar Springs, Michigan, several nieces and nephews.
