Earl Clark

Earl Richard Clark age 75 of Elsie, Michigan died Saturday, January 21, 2006 at Sparrow Hospital, Lansing, Michigan. Funeral services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Elsie Chapel on Wednesday, January 25, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. Rev Keith Whipple will officiate and burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Elsie Michigan.
Visitation will be Tuesday 2-8 P.M. with family present 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.
Earl was born in Flint, Michigan on November 14, 1930, the son of Ivan M. & Florence L. (Unrath) Clark and resided most of his life in the Elsie area. He graduated from Elsie High School with the class of 1950. On June 20, 1953 he married Donna J. Longcor at the Eureka Christian Church in Eureka, Michigan. Earl worked for Johnson Controls until his retirement in 1994, and was a member of Eureka Christian Church and served as a trustee of the church, he was a Boy Scout Master of troop #576.
Survivors include his wife Donna J. Clark of Elsie, Michigan, 1 daughter, Sarah Anne Clark of Elsie, Michigan, 1 son, Jim & LuAnne Clark of St. Johns, Michigan, 3 grandchildren, Kristopher, Jamie Lee & Joseph Clark, 2 brothers, Donald & Marlyn Clark of Elsie, Michigan, Beryl & Dixie Clark of Owosso, Michigan. He was predeceased by his parents, 1 son, Jeffery Scott Clark in 1982 & 1 brother, Merrill Clark.
Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association in his memory.
