Elizabeth Hartman

Elizabeth "Betty" Marie Hartman, age 68, of St. Louis, MI died Sunday, October 16, 2011 at Schnepp Health Care Center in St Louis, MI.

At Betty's request, there will be no services.

Elizabeth was born in Midland County, Michigan on October 15, 1943, the daughter of Darwin A. and Neoma May (Parsons) Richards. She graduated from St. Louis High School, and was a lifelong resident of St. Louis. She loved to paint, enjoyed mystery books, and loved animals. Betty was a very giving aunt and a spiritual person.

She is survived by her mother Neoma, husband John Hartman of Ithaca, MI, stepchildren; Mindy, Cindy, John, Patrick, and Ed, 5 step grandchildren, sister Edie and Jerry French of Florida, 5 nieces and nephews; Marlyn, Lezlie, Jerry, Michelle, and Neoma, and many great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother Fred Earl Richards in March 1969.
