Our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather died Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at the age of 89 after a long illness.
Ernie was born November 14, 1918 in Saginaw, MI and resided in Owosso, MI for the last 6 years. Ernie's most precious loves were his God and his family. He was a man of great faith, integrity and generosity who touched the hearts and influenced the lives of all who met him.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife of 68 years, Helen (Nesbitt); his children, Ted & Sally Meyer, Tom & Marti Meyer, Sue & Denny Matznick, Kathy & Tony Rohac and Janet Robison; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Resurrection and celebration of his life will be held on Monday, March 3, 2008, 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Owosso with Rev. Fr. David Fisher officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or St. Joseph Catholic Church.
