Eunice Harriett Link, age 98, of Davison/Ortonville, MI, passed away peacefully Friday, February 14, 2025, at Grace Haven Assisted Living, St. Johns, MI.
Funeral Services will be held at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 5589 Van Atta Road, Haslett, MI 48840, at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, February 21, 2025, with Pastor Trevor Sutton officiating. Burial will take place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Saginaw, MI with a graveside service on Friday at 3:00 P.M. Visitation will be held on, Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes -Osgood Chapel, St Johns. Visitation will also be held on Friday from 9:30 until the time of service at the St. Luke Lutheran Church, Haslett.
Eunice was born in Saginaw, MI on May 16, 1926, the daughter of Erwin and Alma (Bergemann) Bergemann. She was a graduate of Arthur Hill High School in Saginaw. She went on to receive training at North West Airlines in Chicago, and worked as a reservation’s agent. On November 14, 1953, Eunice married Jack W. Link in Saginaw. Jack passed away in 2014.
She worked as a librarian for the Brandon School District for over 15 years and completed her Degree in Library Science from Oakland University during that period. In 1988, she and husband Jack started Aptek Inc. an industrial sales company where she served as corporate secretary unit Jack’s passing when she assumed the role of President.
She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Grand Blanc, MI. Eunice enjoyed flying with her husband who was a pilot, she was also working on obtaining her pilot’s license. Eunice enjoyed basket weaving. She worked as a Hospice Volunteer at Genesys Hospital in Grand Blanc until 2012.
Eunice is survived by her son Barry and Jane Link of Bancroft, MI; her son David and Eunice M. Link of St. Johns, MI; her grandchildren: Jason, Melissa, Caitlyn, Meghan, J.D., Molly, and Tessa; her great-grandchildren: Lucca, Wyatt, Jaxon, and Aiden. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her daughter Sue Ann Link.
