Eva McNeill, age 88, of Ovid, MI passed away Sunday, November 14, 2010 at Memorial Healthcare, Owosso, MI.
Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Jennings-Lyons Chapel Owosso, MI on Thursday, November 18, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. Mr. Carl Rossman will officiate. Burial will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Owosso, MI. Visitation will be held on Tuesday November 16, 2010 from 6-8 PM and Wednesday, November 17, 2010 from 2-8 PM with family present 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Funeral Home.
Eva was born in St. Charles, Michigan on October 18, 1922, the daughter of John and Marie (Dobremyslova) Bolf. Eva resided most of her life in the Owosso and Ovid areas.
Eva married Leonard McNeill on September 23, 1944 in Alexandria, VA. He passed away January 7, 1983. Eva enjoyed reading, crocheting, working outdoors and doing jigsaw puzzles. Her family was very important to her.
She is survived by & will be sadly missed by her 3 sons; Dannie and Onalee McNeill of Owosso, MI, John and Mary McNeill of Owosso, MI, and Gary and Patty McNeill of Whitmore Lake, MI, 2 daughters; Vicki McNeill of Ovid, MI, and Yvonne and John Whitworth of Shelby Township, MI, 10 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, and 7 sisters. Eva was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 5 brothers and 2 sisters.
