Frances Surdenik

Frances Patricia Surdenik age 90, of Elsie, MI, passed away Thursday, April 19, 2018, at Hazel I. Findlay Country Manor, St. Johns, MI.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Cyril's Catholic Church, Bannister, MI on Monday, April 23, 2018 at 11:00 A.M., with Rev. Fr. Bill Gruden officiating. Burial will take place at Ford Cemetery, Gratiot County, MI. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 23, 2018 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the church.

Frances was born in Bannister, MI on September 29, 1927 the daughter of Michael Steve and Sophie Anna (Tubiak) Dudash.  On April 5, 1986 she married James Surdenik at St. Cyril's Catholic Church. Jim died January 1, 1989.  Frances was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening and loved to work in her flowers.  She was a member of St. Cyril's Catholic Church Bannister.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews. Frances was predeceased by her parents, husband, 4 sisters and 3 brothers.
