Frank J. Svrcek Jr. age 61 of Corunna, Michigan, Sunday, October 24, 2004 at McLaren Regional Medical Center, Flint, Michigan.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at First Free Methodist Church of Owosso, Michigan. Chaplain Burton L. Kincaid will officiate with burial at St. Paula�(TM)s Catholic Cemetery, Owosso, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2004 from 12:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. A prayer service will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2004 5:00 P.M. with Fr. David Fisher.
Frank was born in Owosso, Michigan on July 30, 1943 the son of Frank J. & Ann ( Vozar ) Svrcek Sr. He graduated Corunna High School, Corunna, Michigan. He resided most of his lift in Corunna, Michigan. Frank retired from the Public Works for the City of Corunna. He also farmed. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church & First Free Methodist Church both of Owosso, MI. He was also a member of ZCBJ / WFLA Lodge 242 Owosso, Michigan, member and past president.
He is survived by his fiancAC.e Sue Sunday of Owosso, MI, daughter, Kathy & Mark Hetfield of Corunna, MI, son, Frank & Sherri Svrcek of Owosso, MI, daughter, Karin & Mike Dziamski of Plymouth, MI, son, Ed Svrcek & Jennifer Kolarik of Owosso, MI, grandsons, Kody & Zakary Hetfield & Connor Svrcek, brother, Tom & Terry Svrcek of Corunna, MI, sister, Janet Michailo of Owosso, MI, uncle, Joe & Mildred Svrcek of Corunna, MI, aunt, Josephine & Stanley Chmelar of Dover, FL, aunt, Anna Labick of Flint, MI, uncle, John Vozar & Mabel Ackerson of Corunna, MI, many nieces & nephews, cousins & friends. He is predeceased by his parents.
The family would like to thank everyone for their calls, cards, visits & prayers over the years. A very special thank you to Denise Gray for her tender loving care over the past eight months. Special thanks to the doctors & nurses at McLaren Regional Medical Center of Flint and Memorial Healthcare Center of Owosso for their excellent care of Frank.
