Frankie Hoisington age 90 of St. Louis, Michigan died Wednesday, November 1, 2006 at Schnepp Health Care Center St. Louis, MI.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel St. Louis, MI on Friday, November 3, 2006 at 11:00 AM. Pastor Richard McLane will officiate with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery St. Louis, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2006 from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.

Frankie was born in Birch Run, Michigan on August 14, 1916 the daughter of Julius and Maud ( Foster ) Briggs. She was a life long resident of St. Louis, MI. Frankie married Donald Gushen in 1937, Everett Sherlock in 1950. They both preceded her. She then married Melvin Hoisington on May 25, 1995 at Parkside Assembly of God, St. Louis, MI. She retired from Alma Coach Trailer Company in 1972. She had also worked at the Park Hotel. Frankie was a member of Parkside Assembly of God, St. Louis, MI.

She is survived by her husband Melvin Hoisington of St. Louis, MI, 4 sons; Duane & Dorine Gushen of St. Louis, MI, Rolly & Sally Gushen of St. Louis, MI, Marvin & Kathy Sherlock of Sumner, MI, Ken & Dawn Sherlock of Alma, MI, many grandchildren great Grandchildren and step-daughters, and 2 sisters: Mary & Florence. She is predeceased by her parents, and 2 sons; Dale Gushen, and Edward Sherlock.

Memorials may be made to Parkside Assembly of God, St. Louis, MI. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel.
