Franklin Bartlett

Mr. Franklin "Spanky" George Bartlett, age 44, of Midland, MI died Friday, October 3rd, 2008 in St.Louis, MI. Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes St. Louis Chapel St. Louis, MI on Monday, October 6th at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held on Sunday 2-4 & 6-8 PM. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, and also on Monday, October 6, 2008 one hour prior to services. Burial will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery in St.Louis, MI.

Franklin was born in Midland, Michigan on September 15, 1964, the son of Linda (Bartlett) Boyle. He graduated from St.Louis High School Class of 1982.
He resided in Jasper Twp.for many years, and also in Newberry, MI. He was currently residing in Midland. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing pool, darts, playing cards, and watching NASCAR racing. He was a member of the St.Louis Moose Lodge, St.Louis VFW Mens Auxiliary, Sanford Sons of the American Legion, Newberry Sons of the American Legion, and Newberry Fraternal Order of Eagles.

He is survived by his Mother Linda Boyle of Midland, MI, family by love Francis and Pam Rease of Midland, MI; Samantha, Mitchell, and CC Kinnaman of New York; Dakota, Neve, and Clayton Mogg of Ionia, MI; William Spicer, Krystal Howard, and Kira Blau of Midland, MI.

He was preceded in death by his stepfather John Boyle, grandparents Louis and Mary Bartlett, and great grandparents George and Marie Pietscher.
