Frederick Fulford

Frederick Joseph "Joe" Fulford, age 75, of Owosso, MI passed away Saturday, September 25, 2010 at Avalon Hospice, Flint, MI.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Jennings-Lyons Chapel Owosso, MI on Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. Visitation will be held on Wednesday September 29, 2010 from 6-8 PM and Thursday, September 30, 2010 from 9-11 AM at the Funeral Home.

Frederick was born in South Bend, Indiana on February 19, 1935, the son of Frederick and Juanita Fulford. Joe and Peg were married January 25, 2002 in Owosso. Joe resided most of his life in the Elsie area and served his country in the U.S. Navy. Joe worked for MMPA in Ovid for 25 years. He enjoyed talking and spending time with his friends.

He is survived by his wife Peg Fulford of Owosso, MI, daughter Cheryl and Mickey Armstrong of Owosso, MI, daughter Allison and Jim Nemcik of Elsie, MI, son Greg and Bettina Fulford of Florida, step son Virgil and Celena Mills of St. Johns, MI, step daughter Pennie and Rich Mathias of McIntosh, NM, 10 grandchildren with one on the way, and sister Berdyne and Walter Williams of Florida. Joe was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Kenneth Fulford.
