Gale Terwilliger

Gale Marie Terwilliger, age 49, of Alma, MI died on Sunday, July 12, 2009 at her home.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 11:00 A.M., Pastor Randy Stehouwer will officiate, and burial will take place at Ithaca Cemetery, Ithaca, MI. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis.

Gale was born in Ithaca, Michigan on August 2, 1959, the daughter of Marvin and Georgiana (Howell) Bish. She graduated from Ithaca High School with the class of 1977. Gale married Lyle Terwilliger in October 2008. Gale resided all of her life in Ithaca and Alma. She had been employed by Alma Products and CME. Gale loved to ride her motorcycle, and loved animals. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. She was a member of Resurrection Life Church in St. Louis.

She is survived by her husband Lyle Terwilliger of Alma, MI, her daughter Shannon Smith of Alma, MI, 3 stepchildren; Scott Terwilliger, Jamie Magnison, and Casey Terwilliger; 2 grandchildren; Damien Smith, and Angel Smith, several stepgrandchildren, 2 sisters; Marilyn Alderete of Ithaca, MI, Shirley and Clyde Rose of Ithaca, MI, and a brother Dale and Zeda Bish of Sumner, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents Marvin "Jack" and Georgiana Bish.
