Gary Rehm

Gary M. Rehm, 65, of Ashley, MI, passed away Sunday, August 9, 2020, at Butterworth Hospital, Grand Rapids, MI.

Cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.

Gary was born in St. Johns, MI on September 21, 1954, the son of Jerold and Alberta (Cook) Rehm. He graduated from Fulton High School with class of 1973. Gary proudly served his country in the United States Army.  On May 3, 1999, Gary married Sheryl Dringenberg Kostal in Ithaca, MI. They recently celebrated 21 years of marriage.  Gary enjoyed working on and maintaining vehicles for himself and others. He always took great pride in a job well done.

Gary is survived by his wife Sheryl; his mother Alberta Diehl of Lansing; sister Nelda Rehm of Lansing; step-son Jason (Nikki) Kostal and their children Jena and Tatem of Bannister; and several nieces and nephews.  Gary was preceded in death by his father, brothers: Duane and David Rehm, and step-son Jimmie Lee Kostal.
