Gerard Fedewa

Gerard "Ty" Fedewa, died April 11, 2010, at the age of 55. He was born on February 19, 1955, in St. Johns, the son of Harold and Bertha (Schafer) Fedewa. He was employed by Sealed Power, was a member of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, the Fowler Conservation Club and Fowler V.F.W. Auxiliary Post #3733. He married Annette Fedewa in Pewamo on May 5, 1979, and she preceded him in death on February 27, 1996.

He is survived by his sons, Adam (Kelsey) Fedewa and Nathan Fedewa, his sisters, Mary Ann (Bill) Young, Helena (Gary) Platte, brothers, Ken (Roxane) Fedewa, David Fedewa, and many nieces and nephews. Gerard was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, April 15, 2010, at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Fowler, with Fr. James Conlon presiding. The family will receive friends at the George Chapel of Osgood Funeral Homes, 11112 W. Ionia St., Fowler, 2-4 and 7-9 Tuesday and Wednesday, with a rosary being prayed Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. Memorials will be made in Gerard's name to the charity of his family's choice.
