Gina Leigh Knopf, age 27, of Crystal, Michigan died Sunday, July 17, 2011 at her home.
Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes Ithaca Chapel Ithaca, MI on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 1:00 P.M., Pastor Randy Steinhower will officiate. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 11 A.M. until the time of service.
Gina was born in Westland, Michigan on July 22, 1983, the daughter of Terry and Brenda (Graham) Brown. She had resided most of her life in Ithaca and graduated from Fulton High School with the class of 2001.
On June 23, 2006 she married Sam Knopf in Grand Marais, Michigan. Gina was a homemaker. She enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and spending time with her family. Gina also collected agate stones. She was a member of Resurrection Life Church, in St. Louis, Michigan.
She is survived by her husband Sam Knopf of Crystal, MI, 2 sons; Jaxson & Malachi, parents Terry and Brenda Brown of Ithaca, MI, and sister Jennifer Graham of Saginaw, MI. She was predeceased by her grandparents Chet & Ruth Hughes.
