Glen Lewis Reeb Sr. age 83 of St. Louis, Michigan died Sunday, February 10, 2008 at Schnepp Healthcare Center in St. Louis, Michigan.

Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel on Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. Pastor Edward Kreh will officiate with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery in St Louis, Michigan. Visitation will be held on Monday from 6-8 P.M. and Tuesday from 2-8 P.M. with the family present 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.

Glen was born in Ashley, Michigan on January 16, 1925 the son of George & Gertrude (Housel) Reeb. He graduated from Ashley High School in Ashley, Michigan. He had retired from Lobdell-Emery after 30 years of service. He was an avid collector, especially stamps, coins, and matches. He also loved to fish and spending time at Drummond Island. He enjoyed going to the casino. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and was a member of the VFW Alma Post. He married Violet P. Decess on April 2, 1949 in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. Violet passed away on November 1, 2003.

He is survived by his 4 daughters; Diane & Keith Lott of Wheeler, MI, Carol Welch of Elwell, MI, Connie Grassel of St. Louis, MI, Janet and Rob Shea of Newaygo, MI and 1 son; Glen Reeb Jr. of Grand Rapids, MI. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, and 2 step-great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, his wife; Violet, 1 son; Duane, 2 great-grandsons; Esdon Foglesong and Blake Lott, and 1 brother; Charles.

Memorials may be made to the Pardee Cancer Fund. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, St. Louis Chapel.
