Glen J. Saylor, age 69, of Ashley, Michigan died Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at Ashley Care Center. Ashley, Michigan.

A Graveside Service will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Elsie, Michigan on Thursday, December 23, 2010 at 10 am.

Glen was born in Bannister, Michigan on May 9, 1941, the son of Orin and Mary (Lucas) Saylor. He resided most of his life in the Ashley & Bannister area and graduated from Ashley High School with the class of 1959. Glen was an All State Basketball player for Ashley High School in his younger years and he enjoyed football, bowling, and all forms of sports. He especially enjoyed hanging out with his brothers.

He is survived by 5 brothers; Richard Saylor of Ashley, MI, Stanley and Linda Saylor of Bannister, MI, Ray and Shirley Saylor of Ashley, MI, Duane and Betty Saylor of Bannister, MI, and step brother Clifford and Mary Lou Long of Falls Creek, OR. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, 1 sister Barbara, stepsisters; Isabelle, Edith, Billie Jean, Marie Schreiner, and sister in law Judy Saylor.
