Guy Silvers age 47 of Corunna, Michigan died Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at his home.

Memorial Services will be held at Gilead Baptist Church Owosso, MI on Monday, June 30, 2008 at 2:00 PM. Pastor Reggie Adkins will officiate.

Guy was born in Owosso, Michigan on January 18, 1961 the son of Albert G. and Verna L. ( Ewing ) Silvers. He resided most of his life in the Owosso area and attended Owosso High School. Guy married Ella M. Haddock on June 21, 2006 in Corunna, Michigan. Guy enjoyed spending time with his family. He also enjoyed playing jokes on people, video games and going for walks with his wife. Guy attended Gilead Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife Ella Silvers of Corunna, MI, 4 children; Joey McNinch, Ashley McNinch, Felica Downer, William Gage, his mother Verna & Howard Edwards, 4 brothers; Allan & Connie Silvers, Darrin & Karen Silvers, Rod & Rose Silvers, Mark Silvers, half brother Cam Bullock, step brother Rocky Bullock, step sisters; Candy Trevino, Melinda Davenport, Penny Eaton, Laura Sproles, Kathy Edwards, Kim Edwards, step mother Janet Silvers, several nieces, nephews, & friends, and best friends Gary & Debra Gage. He is predeceased by his father Albert Glen Silvers, 1 aunt Becky and his grandparents.

Memorials may be made to to the family or to Gilead Baptist Church. The family is being served by Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel.
