Harvey Light

Harvey Michael Light, age 83, of Ithaca, MI, passed away Friday, November 12, 2021, at Schnepp Health Care Center, St. Louis, MI.

A Graveside Service will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery, Emerson Township, MI; on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. Mr. Keith Wise will officiate.

Harvey  was born in Saginaw, Michigan on December 4, 1938, the son of Charles S. and Mary E.(Premo)  Light.  He graduated from Arthur Hill High School in Saginaw, Michigan.  He married Irene Clemmons on April 26, 1962 and she survives him.  He was an avid hunter and fisherman.  Harvey proudly served his country in the United States Navy.

He is survived by his wife Irene Light, 2 sons: Gregory and Sungim Light, and Brian and Julie Light; 2 grandchildren: Sherry Light, and Brian Light, 3 great-grandchildren: Kaiden, Jenson, and Scarlett.  He is also survived by his sister Mary Light and brother Walt and Pat Light.  He was predeceased by his parents, son Anthony, and one brother Charles.
