Helen Geraldine Kramer, age 89, of Melvindale, MI passed away Sunday, March 1, 2009 at Shiawassee County Medical Care Facility, Corunna, MI.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, March 6, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield, Michigan.
Helen was born in New Castle, Pennsylvania on February 2, 1920, the daughter of William and Ethel (O'Rourke) Rowan. Helen married Frederick Kramer and he passed away in 1978. Helen worked at the Telegraph Inn as a bar tender. She believed in living everyday to the fullest and loved everyone in her life. She has been living in Shiawassee County since 2005 moving here from Melvindale, MI she also lived in Lincoln Park where she made life long friends.
Helen is survived by a son, 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, 3 sisters & a brother. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Kimberly Kramer, a sister Marie also a brother, Billy.
